Kewarra Retirement Village
Objective
Designed as a complementary development to the adjacent Clifton Beach Estate and as an interface between the Estate and the Kewarra Beach Resort, Kewarra Retirement Village combines the features of a luxury resort with the amenity of a well serviced retirement community. A mix of apartments and villas is organised around extensive clubhouse facilities.

Kewarra Villas
Objective
The aim of this project is to organise a group of single storey villas around a communal space onto which the villa courtyards can open, deploying a configuration that interprets the traditional Balinese compound.
Outcome
- 20 villas suitable for elderly residents
- Integrated within the Kewarra Retirement Village
- Use of water as a key landscape feature
- Designed to be built in three stages
- Stone and timber finishes
